All attendees including exhibitors and their guests are required to register except for invited speakers listed on the program.  Invited speakers can participate in the session they are scheduled without any costs. A discounted registration fee will be required for attending additional sessions. Call or email the contact for specifics.

Attendee registration fees are due payable within the following time frames: 

Early:      $200/person (ends February 11)

Regular: $250/person (February 12 - 27)

Late:       $300/person (February 28 - March 11)

Onsite late registration will be available on the day of the meeting.



Sponsor/exhibitor fees* are:

General: $250 (non-exhibiting sponsor)

Bronze:   $500 (exhibiting sponsor & registration for one)**

Silver:      $700 (exhibiting sponsor & registration for two)**

Gold:       $900 (exhibiting sponsor & registration for three plus additional privileges)**

Because there are significant financial commitments for hosting this workshop, it is important for prospective participants to be sure attendance plans prior to registering. Cancellation refunds (less 25% transaction fee) will be honored on or before February 27, 2020.  No refund will be provided thereafter.
